The process of taking cask samples and marrying them takes time, and it is incredibly satisfying when you find just the right match. Limited to just 2100 bottles, this single malt brings the best of two flavour worlds together, and the whole definitely exceeds the sum of its parts.

The nose
Wafts of marshmallows, vanilla sponge and just a hint of smoke
The palate
Building on the nose with notes of ginger, nutmeg and figs. A splash of water brings out stewed orchard fruit notes
The finish
A very gentle, slightly sweet bonfire smoke
